The GDPR compliance is controled by the CNPD. The commission for data pretection will act in case of a “accusation”. This means, users who feel that their personal data was not processed according to the new guidelines, can accuse the business in question at the CNPD. However it is strongly advised to first contact the business itself and ask for the right treatment of the data, before starting any legal processes.
